Silicon System Level Test Development Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Test Development Engineer to join the Silicon Solutions Group (SSG) team and contribute to the development of groundbreaking technologies in the area of GPU testing.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MS) or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), Computer Science (CS), Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience
• Background in creating new system tests or test conditions and good skills in Linux, Python, and Perl
• Experience working with GPU/CPU system features and crafting test strategies

Responsibilities

• Determine the best manufacturing stage for testing GPU/CPU hardware features based on product understanding
• Create new tests or test conditions based on hardware features or learnings from customer returns
• Perform or automate test runs, analyze and visualize data to ensure high-quality tests, and guide debug for yield or escape issues
