Senior Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Job Description

Join a dynamic team working with state of the art technology as a senior engineer in mixed-signal design for next generation NVLINK at a technology-focused company impacting various product lines.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field with strong analog design background
• Minimum of 5 years analog design experience in industry CMOS
• Experience in deep sub-micron process, especially in FINFET
• Experience with design and verification tools like Cadence's IC design environment, Spectre, HSpice, Finesim, XA
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a great teammate

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high speed interfaces and analog circuits
• Complete design from schematic, layout, and verification to characterization
• Conduct schematic design using tools like Spectre, Hspice
• Optimize circuit performance to meet specifications
• Work closely with layout engineers for high-speed routing
• Provide post-silicon bring-up and debugging support
