Senior Physical Design Methodology Engineer

Job Description

Join NVIDIA's global circuits team to design state-of-the-art GPUs for supercomputers, gaming consoles, and self-driving cars. Work on the development and layout of novel integrated photonic devices for high-speed optical interconnect and sensing applications.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Physical Design Engineering
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and C++

Responsibilities

• Develop and layout integrated photonic devices for high-speed optical interconnect and sensing applications
• Develop physical design methodologies for implementation of graphics processors and SOCs
• Conduct chip layout circuit design, circuit checking, and device evaluation and characterization
