Job Description

KLA is seeking a talented individual to join their Information Technology group. The role involves working closely with technical teams to enhance SAP systems and drive system changes to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of work experience
• Strong analytical and statistical experience
• Experience with BI Reporting, MS Excel VBA & Macro programming, MS PowerBI, Power Query
• Functional skills with SAP CRM and/or ECC systems
• Experience with configuring SAP CRM
• High level English language communication skill
• Strong presentation skills
• Familiarity with MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Focus on functional activities for new analytics reports and dashboards with SAP as the main data source
• Work with technical teams to improve SAP system using ABAP and user exits
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and provide business process engineering perspective
• Conduct integration testing, lead User Testing, and identify gaps
• Recommend insights and efficiency opportunities around reporting
• Coordinate multiple reporting deliverables and projects independently and in a team environment
• Responsible for system configuration in SAP CRM and SAP SD to support projects
• Document best known methods, provide support, and prepare test plans for project roll-outs
