Senior Lead Software Engineer (Embedded Software/Firmware Development) (E)

Job Description

KLA is looking to build their Software Engineering talent community, specifically seeking Senior Lead Software Engineers to join their team.

Requirements

• Doctorate, Master's Level Degree, or Bachelor's Level Degree in relevant field
• 2+ years of work experience for Doctorate, 4+ years for Master's Level Degree, or 5+ years for Bachelor's Level Degree
• Knowledge of SPARC or VxWORKS, C, C++, RTOS, Linux
• Experience in embedded image processing or data conversion is a plus
• Motivated individual with the ability to work in a global organization
• Flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on business priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Software Engineers
• Participate in the development of electronics subsystems
• Programming, debugging, and problem-solving in a machine control environment
• Collaborate with manufacturing service teams for product transition and support
• Contribute to system-level testing and integration
