Mechatronics Systems Design Engineer (E)

Job Description

Join a fast-paced, dynamic team designing complex semiconductor equipment. Mechatronics systems design engineers develop metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• PhD in related fields of robotics, control systems, electrical, and mechanical engineering
• 1+ years experience with a Ph.D., or 3+ years experience with a Master's degree in semiconductor product development

Responsibilities

• Design prototypes, deploy mechatronics, and perform first principal analysis for sizing components
• Release complete documentation package and work with new product group for documentation generation
• Participate in establishing a roadmap for next-generation electro-mechanical systems
• Work closely with customer support organization and travel to customer sites <10%
