Mechatronics Engineer

Job Description

KLA is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to develop metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in robotics, control systems, electrical, or mechanical engineering
• 1+ years of experience in semiconductor product development
• Experience with Python or Matlab scripting
• Strong understanding of statistics and signal processing
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer sites

Responsibilities

• Independently work on data collection, analysis, calibration, and scripting
• Perform hands-on work with hardware in lab or cleanroom settings
• Define plans for integration, testing, and troubleshooting of systems
• Collaborate with customer support organization
• Generate detailed reports and documentation
