Electrical Design Engineer (E)

Job Description

KLA is looking to build their Electrical Engineers talent community for future opportunities. They are interested in individuals with experience in PCB design and system design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Level Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with PCB design tools such as OrCAD PCB, Altium, PADS, or Eagle
• Knowledge of electronic blocks such as power supply regulators, isolators, op-amps, ADCs/DACs
• Experience with FPGA, firmware, and system design
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Produce PCB designs, schematics, and work with layout engineers
• Collaborate with FPGA and firmware engineers to characterize and test full PCB systems
• Produce electrical system designs and work with mechanical engineers to ensure requirements are met
• Design power distribution, interconnection diagrams, safety interlocks, and supporting hardware
