Algorithm Engineer (Deep Learning/C++)(E)

Job Description

KLA is seeking Algorithm Engineers to contribute to novel image processing, defect detection, and analysis algorithms.

Requirements

• Academic background in Image Processing, Computational Imaging, or Computer Vision
• Practical experience with Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence for images
• Proficiency in prototyping Algorithms using MATLAB or Python, and implementing algorithms in C++ under Linux
• Familiarity with Linear and Nonlinear Optimization techniques, CUDA/GPU Programming frameworks, and Data Analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Contribute to novel image processing, defect detection, and analysis algorithms
• Evaluate and productize deep learning and other novel approaches for inspection space
• Collaborate with software and computer groups for data management and model training
• Develop proof-of-concepts, integrate algorithms into production code, and work in global project teams
