Systems Engineering Manager

Job Description

KLA is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead a group of systems engineers in driving the productization of the next generation reticle inspection system.

Requirements

• In-depth experience with particle beam physics, electron optics, or SEM technology
• Strong command of general physics, math, and basic computational skills
• 10 or more years of experience with system engineering development of complex Semiconductor system
• 5 or more years of proven successful people management track record
• About 20% global travel will be required
• Doctorate, Master's Level Degree, or Bachelor's Level Degree

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of systems design engineers
• Lead CIP design engineering activities
• Support development activities to enhance product robustness
• Drive development of the next generation product
• Draft and align with sr. management team on a strategy and roadmap
• Coordinate and lead advanced hardware development teams
• Track, communicate, and manage progress of development efforts
