Systems Design Engineer (Systems|Optics|Auto Focus)

Job Description

KLA is seeking a Systems Design Engineer to define the architecture of current and next generation reticle inspection platforms.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
• Strong technical fundamentals in Systems, Optics, and Auto Focus
• Experience in deriving system requirements and system error budget
• Analytical skills in developing complex systems
• Collaboration and communication skills
• Past experience of product development, especially in inspection systems

Responsibilities

• Drive high-level concept for key subsystems in the reticle inspection system to support both sensitivity and throughput roadmap
• Drive top-level requirements for key subsystems such as Sensor, Optics, and Auto Focus
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful development and implementation of key subsystems
