Rivian is seeking a technical lead to build its Commercial Tech Platform & API services supporting partner teams.
Requirements
8+ years of relevant industry experience with 5+ years of building large scale enterprise grade systems
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technology field
Experience building distributed systems at scale handling millions of transactions/seconds
Proficiency in Python/Java, Node.js, Typescript, React, and cloud development with AWS, GCP or Azure
Experience with frontend development, API development, cloud native deployment practices, and cloud infrastructures
Responsibilities
Create client-side applications along the vehicle customer journey
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product designers to build user-friendly applications
Develop, unit test, and document performant code
Define the architectural vision of the team
Collaborate with data systems engineers to define endpoint integration needs
Share ideas and learn from peers to deliver great work as a team
