Responsible for designing precision assembly and measurement processes for Apple products, developing new processes, and providing technical leadership in automation and assembly.

Requirements

• BSME or equivalent with 5+ years in an engineering role with experience in automation equipment
• Ability to travel internationally 25%+

Responsibilities

• Design precision assembly and measurement processes
• Research and develop new technologies for complex assembly and automation problems
• Implement and scale automated solutions based on sound engineering principles
• Provide mentorship to third-party suppliers and engineering groups
• Organize cross-functional reviews of machine requirements
• Drive machine qualification, data analysis, and reporting
• Perform assignments in manufacturing engineering functions
