Change Management Lead, WW Sales BPR

Job Description

The Change Management Lead at Apple will be responsible for driving adoption of new processes supporting Apple's Business-to-Business efforts. This role involves collaborating with regional teams to assess change impacts and develop communication and training materials.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project/program/change management and/or training content development
• Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects
• Solid track record of leading strategic programs combined with the ability to execute tactical, project-level activities and tasks
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to review current state against proposed future state processes and systems
• Lead and document change impacts through impact analyses and assessments
• Develop training and communication materials for new business processes
• Support global and regional process harmonization activities
• Drive usage and adoption activities for new capabilities
• Project manage work stream including weekly status reports and work stream planning
