Requirements

• BS in relevant field with 5+ years of experience
• Extensive experience in physical layer core algorithms for wireless communication systems
• Strong analytical capability and knowledge of communication theory and signal processing
• Proficiency in C/C++, Matlab, and existing protocols such as 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM
• Experience in algorithm development with hardware and firmware designs

Responsibilities

• Design and simulate innovative wireless communication systems
• Implement system models and investigate algorithms for performance enhancements
• Design methods to alleviate RF/circuits impairments
• Define control procedures for optimal performance in congested radio environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design and verification
• Bring up, test, characterize, and optimize real silicon in lab
