Tools Software Engineer

Job Description

Join the testing tools productivity team at Apple to contribute to the development of powerful command line tools, flexible frameworks, and high-scale web services to enhance the testing of Apple's OS platforms and Apps.

Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
• Strong coding skills
• Understanding of git or other source control systems
• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts
• Understanding of basic operating system concepts

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a dynamic full stack development team
• Build powerful command line tools, flexible Frameworks, and high scale web services using Swift
• Design and develop new tools and services to enable seamless test authoring, sharing, and execution for Apple's engineering teams
• Accelerate the adoption of Xcode Cloud inside and outside of Apple
• Build novel solutions to meet the unique needs of testing at speed and scale in Apple's software organization
