Product Manager, Delivery & Fulfillment

Job Description

Apple is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team, with a focus on Delivery & Fulfillment. This role involves driving the roadmap and delivery of technical capabilities for the future of online shopping.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• 4+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
• Experience with technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization
• Key Qualifications: Experience delivering against multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies, Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally, Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies, Exposure to new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce, Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver amazing customer experiences
• Establish and manage the technical product roadmap related to Delivery & Fulfillment
• Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities
• Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership
