Requirements

• Solid experience in ontology development and semantic web technologies (e.g., RDF, OWL, SPARQL)
• Familiarity with medical coding terminology systems (such as RxNorm, LOINC, SNOMED)
• Background developing, testing and maintaining scalable object oriented and functional style code using Java or Scala
• 4+ years of industry experience
• BS Computer Science or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering knowledge graph resources for various health domains
• Ensuring interoperability and scalability for the backend supporting Apple Health features
• Contributing to the development of tools and frameworks for ETL processes for graph construction
• Ensuring data quality and integrity within the graphs through robust testing and validation processes
• Collaborating with a diverse team to deliver user-facing features
