Apple is seeking a Timing Design Engineer to work on crafting upcoming products that will delight millions of customers every day.

Requirements

• BS degree in technical discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of ASIC design timing closure flow and methodology
• Expertise in writing ASIC timing constraints and timing closure
• Proficiency in STA tools (Primetime) and flow
• Hands-on experience in timing/SDC constraints generation and management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different groups

Responsibilities

• Timing sign-off and STA flow development
• Ownership of IP and block level timing constraints
• Collaboration with RTL designer, CAD, and Physical design team
• Innovating timing constraints and flow to facilitate timing closure
