Hardware Systems Integration Engineer - Apple Watch

Job Description

Join the Apple Watch systems hardware team as a system hardware integration electrical engineer responsible for design, build, and validation throughout the product development cycle.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 2-5 years of relevant industry hardware experience
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout
• Strong working knowledge of prototyping and hardware bringup
• Hands-on experience with standard EE lab equipment

Responsibilities

• PCB and FPC design and cross-functional system integration
• Bench validation, electrical function verification, and signal characterization
• Debug and failure analysis of manufacturing and component quality
• Factory build support from early NPI through product ramp
• Early architecture handoff and technology concept investigations
