Job Description

The Cellular and Connectivity Team at Apple is seeking an individual with strong embedded programming skills and a user-focused mindset to contribute to the design and development of groundbreaking wireless connectivity technologies for Apple products.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in embedded system software development
• Strong Software Engineering skills including design, programming (C, C++), scripting (Python preferred, Perl), and debugging
• Ability to write maintainable code, problem-solve, think critically, and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and development of LTE and 5G NR protocol stack components
• Write software based on 3GPP specifications and develop features for ultimate connectivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, define architecture, and implement solutions
• Ensure a phenomenal user experience through collaboration with design and client-side teams
