• Track record of building and growing infrastructure teams
• Ability to rapidly build credibility with engineers, customers, and partners
• Experience managing or developing critical internet services/platform infrastructure
• Proficient in modern Java

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a team responsible for major components of the database
• Contribute to all major components of Apache Cassandra
• Develop and contribute to open source distributed database technologies
