Module Process Engineer

Job Description

Apple is looking for a Module Process Engineer to join Panel Process and Optics (PPO) Engineering team. The individual will be responsible for developing new innovative manufacturing process technologies to solve complex design challenges that have a direct impact on future products, quality, and delivery of Apple Displays & Touch technology.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree minimum in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or related field and 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in working on a project from early development to high volume production
• Experience in the development of module processes & its integration in back-end processes of Flat Panel Display & Touch industry or other related industries
• Experience in DOE, data analysis, or SPC control
• Experience in failure mode analysis, or root cause investigation, and/ or problem solving for product yield and quality issue

Responsibilities

• Serve as a focal point in the process development of advanced key process modules from the concept/architecture stage through product engineering validation builds
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be highly self-motivated
• Be a flexible thinker and problem solve outside of their respective technical area
