Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Expertise in software design, data modeling, and system architecture
• Strong background in machine learning, data engineering, and MLOps
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python and Java

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and highly available distributed systems for speech recognition and machine learning workflows
• Own and evolve the MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of models
• Build quality monitoring and alerting systems for reliable end-user experiences
• Collaborate with research scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to drive the roadmap and deliver voice capabilities
• Mentor junior engineers and grow the technical expertise of the team
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in speech technology, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure
