Robotics Software Engineer, Amazon Robotics

Job Description

Amazon Robotics is building a new foundational system to transform warehouse robotics by integrating multiple custom robots into a cohesive and efficient solution. They are seeking a Software Development Engineer to help build and scale this robotic system across the fulfillment network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Design and develop metrics and data infrastructure connecting robotic systems to the cloud
• Develop and test software changes on robotic equipment in the lab
• Develop queries, data visualizations, and tooling for accessing data from robotic systems
• Work with internal stakeholders to define feature requirements
