Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard quality for all deliverables using software engineering best practices
• Refine business and functional requirements into technical specifications
• Design, implement, and deploy applications impacting candidate application experience
• Contribute to project plans and delivery commitments
• Create and execute quality plans, test strategies, and processes
• Mentor and coach other engineers
