Sustaining Electrical Engineer , Project Kuiper

Job Description

The Sustaining Electrical Engineer will engage with a cross-disciplinary team to sustain and improve critical satellite hardware design.

Requirements

• BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Experience in hardware design or testing on electronic devices
• Knowledge of Linux-based systems bring-up
• Experience in hardware debug of analog, digital, and high-speed circuitry
• Experience using test instruments such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzer
• Experience in reliability test methodologies such as HALT, HASS
• Exposure to high-volume manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Debug failing PCBAs in manufacturing and acceptance tests
• Develop system test plans for design validation
• Define test methodology and test coverage to assure product reliability
• Monitor quality metrics from design validation manufacturing test, acceptance test, reliability, and field return data
