Job Description

Join the Live TV engineering team at Amazon Fire TV to build the next generation of television experiences that combine traditional broadcasting and streaming technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core features for the Live TV client application
• Investigate, prototype, and deliver new and innovative software features
• Build scalable solutions for millions of monthly active users
• Drive technical decisions across Fire TV's Live platform
• Create integration points between Live TV, Alexa, and other Fire TV services
• Deliver high-quality software in a team-focused Agile/Scrum environment
