Job Description

Lead the rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of the next-gen manufacturing execution system at Amazon Robotics, supporting the largest manufacturing operation within Amazon.

Requirements

• 2 years of non-internship experience supporting manufacturing information systems
• 2 years experience in an IT or OT department
• 1+ years of working directly with engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of inclusion
• Understand fundamentals of MES
• Triage and prioritize critical improvements, resolve issues, and perform Root Cause Analysis
• Develop, communicate, and execute a roadmap of improvements
• Design and implement new product features, templates, and work instructions
• Administer the platform, ensuring IT security requirements are met
