ADC Engineer II, AI/ML ADC

Job Description

The AI/ML Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) team is dedicated to delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in isolated, air-gapped cloud environments by leveraging the power of cloud computing and the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows)
• Experience working with scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Support service builds and operations in ADC partitions and regions
• Solve difficult technical problems related to AI/ML service builds and operations in air-gapped cloud environments
• Create documentation, wikis, runbooks, and processes related to ADC operations
• Diagnose and resolve difficult ADC-specific issues
• Communicate with customers and partner teams to foster constructive dialogue
• Contribute to technical project definition and prioritization discussions
