ADC Engineer II, AI/ML ADC

Job Description

The AI/ML Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI and ML solutions in air-gapped cloud environments, leveraging cloud computing and the latest technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows)
• Experience working with scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field OR relevant work experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Support service builds and operations in ADC partitions and regions
• Solve difficult technical problems and create documentation for ADC operations
• Diagnose and resolve ADC-specific issues
• Communicate with customers and partner teams
• Contribute to technical project discussions and mentor other ADC Engineers
