Sr. Software Development Engineer, Kuiper Ground Gateway Services

Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low earth orbit satellites to provide broadband internet connectivity to un-served and under-served communities worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to gather requirements, design, develop, deploy, and operate solution pipelines
• Lead initiatives building and scaling ground gateway products
• Develop code, build CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and dashboards for monitoring system and data pipelines health
• Engineer and build solutions for managing ground gateway stations
