Engineering Manager, AI Developer Technology

Job Description

Join NVIDIA's global Developer Technology team as an AI Developer Technology Engineering Manager to lead a team in optimizing performance of Deep Learning and Machine Learning applications.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a technical role and 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Expertise in linear algebra and performance optimization of Deep Learning
• Background in parallel programming such as CUDA, OpenMP, MPI, pthreads
• Programming fluency in C/C++
• Knowledge of CPU and GPU architecture fundamentals
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Proven track record of leading critical initiatives

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and developing algorithms for Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications
• Defining and driving technical initiatives to advance accelerated Deep Learning and Machine Learning
• Collaborating with research, hardware, and software teams to influence next-generation design
• Developing technical solutions for external and internal collaborators
• Hiring and promoting diverse and skilled talent
• Coaching and growing the team for engineering excellence
