Sr. Embedded Software Development Engineer, Device OS Security

Job Description

The Senior Embedded Software Development Engineer will provide technical leadership and contribute to the definition, development, integration, test, documentation and support of platform software.

Requirements

• 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 7+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Knowledge of ARM CPUs
• Experience in embedded development in C/C++

Responsibilities

• Own the software design, documentation, development, engineering approach, delivery and support of DeviceOS security and privacy
• Be responsible for the architecture and design of software solutions, especially in the area of device security & privacy
• Dive deep into a difficult problem, identify the root cause, and provide an appropriate solution
