Job Description

The Operations Engineer Deployment & Ramp-up role in the Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience organization involves overseeing the deployment of MSP solutions, focusing on system performance improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Ability to travel up to 75% or more across North America
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, climb and descend stairs continuously
• Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support metrics for the program
• Collaborate with BI/Data Engineering teams to drive data collection and refinement
• Review information from multiple sources to confirm data integrity
• Provide clear and timely reporting of key performance metrics to stakeholders
• Own the coordination and execution of installation, commissioning, and performance ramp-up of products in the field
• Drive continuous improvement ideas into deployment cycle time and engineering design improvements
• Maintain quality standards within scope of responsibility
