Job Description

Join a team of Operations Technology Engineers at Amazon to build wired and wireless networks for fulfillment centers and transportation sites worldwide.

Requirements

• 4+ years of major internet routing protocols experience
• 4+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell and/or Perl experience

Responsibilities

• Identifying, developing, and delivering technical solutions to improve network availability
• Partnering with peer teams to understand customer problems and find solutions
• Defining and metering the availability of network solutions
• Delivering solutions to reduce operational impact and enable scalable services
• Driving root cause resolution of network events impactful to the business
• Automating infrastructure testing, deployment, operations, and life-cycle management
• Defining the strategy for future team processes, tools, and management
• Contributing to hiring and developing top talent at Amazon
