IT Support Engineer, Project Kuiper

Job Description

Amazon's Project Kuiper is seeking an experienced IT support engineer to join Kuiper Production Operations to provide technical support for end user devices, network equipment, and critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years experience with Windows and Linux Server technologies
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office products, applications, and Cisco IOS
• 3+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, and deployment experience
• 3+ years of basic LAN networking experience

Responsibilities

• Resolve difficult IT support problems using troubleshooting methodologies or coding skills
• Define and manage delivery of IT projects involving multiple technical teams
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and audit technical work quality
• Automate manual tasks and create tools for operational efficiency
• Participate in hiring, training, and development of team members
• Drive engineering best practices, set standards, and travel internationally up to 10%
• Be on-call for high-severity issues outside standard hours
