The role involves problem resolution, process improvement, quality decisions, design and calibration, mentorship, project leadership, process development, technical guidance, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field required
• Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of MS Office tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Problem resolution by investigating electronic application and systems problems
• Process improvement in electronic application and systems development processes
• Quality decisions by obtaining input from stakeholders
• Design and calibration of electronic and electrical systems
• Mentorship of less-experienced developers and testers
• Project leadership and accountability for project success
• Process development and improvement within functional discipline
• Technical guidance to influence project teams
