Job Description

Conduct experiments to determine structural performance of components and systems, analyze technical data, and make data-based decisions to influence design.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Automotive, Systems or Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 3 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Systems or Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience
• Experience in Principles of Statistical Methods, Fatigue and Durability, Noise and Acoustics, Dynamics and Vibration, Systems modeling and simulation, Computer modeling processes, Product problem solving, Product Function Test System Design, and Part Life cycle management

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments to determine structural performance
• Analyze technical data using statistical methods
• Evaluate noise, acoustics, dynamics, vibration, fatigue, and durability
• Make decisions in structural design
• Manage part life cycle
• Utilize computer modeling processes for technical problem-solving
