The Supply Chain Director position at Cummins Drivetrain and Breaking Systems (CDBS) in Troy, MI involves leading the supply chain transformation process, strategic planning, and managing global teams and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7-10 years of experience including 4-5 years of global or regional leadership
• Experience in supply chain transformation and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Expertise in planning, logistics, and purchasing
• Demonstrated success in managing international teams and substantial budgets

Responsibilities

• Transform supply chain strategy and execute end-to-end transformation
• Implement strategic planning for enterprise materials, production, and logistics
• Develop employee skills for functional excellence
• Address supply chain failures and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Prepare and manage annual operating plan and demand planning
• Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with Cummins Operating System
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and supplier partnerships
• Lead and develop a global workforce for supply chain functional excellence
