Senior SRAM Circuit Design Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a skilled and creative SRAM circuit designer to join the Advanced Technology Group (ATG) in a high-visibility position focused on defining and prototyping sophisticated methodologies for next-generation products.

Requirements

• BSEE minimum or equivalent experience, MSEE or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of SRAM design experience with layout, process understanding, and DRC rules on advanced FinFET processes
• Prior design experience in various SRAM-based macros including self-timed logic and senseamps
• Scripting ability for data parsing and task automation
• Successful track record of delivering designs to production

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Evaluate foundry models and CAD tools, maintain testcases, automate PDK evaluation, and publish benchmarks
• Data Analysis: Conduct model-vs-silicon data analysis, explore device and wire models, and address SRAM bitcell issues
• Product Guidance: Collaborate with various teams to provide guidance on RAM design issues
• Circuit Design: Perform transistor-level circuit design, layout implementation, and verification of SRAM macros and test structures
• Looking Ahead: Evaluate and pursue new memory design trends for future NVIDIA products and processes
