Senior System Software Engineer – DC Platform Software Tools

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior System Software Engineer to join the Data Center Platform Software Tools team. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying tools for large-scale AI data centers with a focus on providing a simple user experience in the data center manageability life cycle.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in EE/CS or related field
• 10+ years of experience in management solutions for large scale clusters in data centers
• Strong skill in Python programming
• Experience in SCM (e.g., Git, Perforce) and project management tools like Jira
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter with a deep sense of teamwork and commitment to quality work

Responsibilities

• Drive next generation GPU Server Software manageability workflows for scaling AI infrastructure for Datacenters
• Work on data center deployment and management projects
• Contribute to all phases of product development
• Maintain detailed documentation of tool designs
• Define KPIs for tools and work on improving them
