BGA PCB Design Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a high-performance semiconductor design engineer to join their team in optimizing signal integrity and manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity analysis and PCB layout design principles
• Minimum of 6+ years experience in high-speed design
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro or comparable PCB design tools
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment on challenging projects

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance semiconductor BGAs pinouts
• Optimize BGA ballout and layout for superior signal integrity and power integrity
• Coordinate with design and package teams to define product requirements and goals
• Optimize interfaces between PCB, package, and silicon
• Power delivery and decoupling placement optimization
