NVIDIA is seeking a Director of Mechanical Engineering to lead innovative projects in high-tech and AI-focused industries, pushing the boundaries of technology.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
• Successful track record in a leadership capacity in mechanical engineering
• Strong skills in mechanical design, CAD software, and engineering analysis tools
• Experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanical engineers to implement groundbreaking designs and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
• Develop detailed mechanical systems for AI, robotics, and self-driving car initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement following industry standards
• Mentor and develop talent within the team
