Senior ASIC Design Engineer - Memory Controller

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC Design Engineer for Memory Controllers to join their Memory Subsystem Design team.

Requirements

• BS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineer or related degree
• 5+ years of industry experience in high speed DRAM and/or processor design
• Knowledge of HBM, GDDR, LPDDR, or DDR protocols
• Experience with ASIC design flow, Verilog/VHDL, high-speed clocking, cache interfaces, and system level issues
• Programming skills in C and/or PERL

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, software engineers, and circuit designers to deliver world-class solutions
• Responsible for micro-architecture and design, RTL design, synthesis, functional verification, and timing analysis
• Utilize CAD tools and latest process technologies
• Mentor junior engineers and interns
