Senior ASIC Verification Engineer - GPU Memory Subsystem

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to work within the GPU memory subsystem team, responsible for verifying the design of memory subsystem components in GPUs and SOCs.

Requirements

• Degree in CompE, EE, CS, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a BS or 3+ years with an MS
• ASIC verification experience including development of verification strategy, test plans, tests, testbench components, regression triage, debug, and coverage closure
• Expertise in System Verilog or similar HVL
• Experience with industry standard design, verification, and debug tools

Responsibilities

• Pre-silicon verification of ASIC design, architecture, and golden models for GPU ASIC memory subsystem
• Collaborate with engineers to define verification scope, develop verification infrastructure, and verify correctness of the design
• Advance verification skills and work with GPU architects, ASIC designers, and pre- and post-silicon verification engineers
