Manager, Product Quality Engineering

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Product Quality Engineer Manager for Data Center products to lead and mentor a team of engineers in analyzing customer quality complaints and improving product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of engineering experience in data center or server system related products
• 2+ years of experience in people management or project management
• Strong technical background in data center infrastructure, power electronics, memory device, semiconductor device design/fabrication/testing, and automated testing
• Expert knowledge of failure analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization
• Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise data center PQE team in system and board level failure analysis
• Coordinate with internal and external engineering teams to identify and implement corrective actions for customer quality issues
• Define test procedures and optimize test flow for customer return units
• Facilitate communication with cross functional teams and provide failure analysis updates
• Monitor and report Quality Metrics
• Act as quality representative to internal teams
