Manager, Compiler Engineering

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Compiler Engineering Manager to join the team working on optimizing compiler products for high-performance computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, ECE or related industry experience (Masters or PhD preferred)
• 10+ overall years of Software engineering experience with 4 years of hands-on management/ team lead experience
• Knowledge of software engineering principles
• Experience leadership skills to mentor
• Familiarity with Fortran, C++, OpenMP, and OpenACC standards

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with senior management for team vision and development
• Leading and managing a team of experience compiler engineers
• Establishing team objectives to meet schedules and goals
• Grooming, mentoring and guiding early in career engineers
• Establishing and evolve policies and procedures
