SAP ABAP Developer

Job Description

Rivian is seeking a SAP ABAP Developer to lead compliance to key regulatory, security, and organizational policies and procedures while partnering with Finance corporate business teams and IT leaders to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA ABAP Developments, Fiori development, Idoc, BAPI, and REST API integrations
• Knowledge of CDS views development and exposure via OData services
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting in SAP environment
• Experience in SAP Supply chain or related functional areas
• Experience in Unit Testing, SIT, Integration, and Regression testing

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP S/4 HANA ABAP RICEFW objects for various project work
• Technical analysis, design, code, configure, and test SAP developments
• Prepare technical specification documents and design SAP code
• Develop Idoc, BAPI, and REST API based integrations
• Perform Fiori developments and enhancements
• Troubleshoot, Debug, and do Break-fix
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business users to design custom solutions
• Participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs
• Create operational documentation for SAP applications
• Identify issues and work on improvements in existing codebase
