IT Solution Analyst II – Engineering & Product Value Chain

Job Description

As an IT Solution Analyst II at Milwaukee Tool, you will be part of the team supporting the Engineering function and product data management by delivering and supporting technologies, processes, integrations, and solutions.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in IT, Engineering, or Business required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and organize
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience with project management knowledge areas including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the identification and definition of business requirements working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to define and develop solutions supporting engineering and product data management
• Apply Agile methodologies to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Support project execution across solution delivery projects and initiatives
